Synopsis:

On Christmas Eve, young Matthew scours for leftovers after the people of Remembrance Town go to bed.

A disturbance attracts his attention and he encounters Santa and his helpers. But something is off, something’s not quite right..

Review:

What starts of as what I can assume is a young child who has suffered from amnesia in a place where memories act as trade and are of extreme value. The better the memory the more the value. Matthew is on the journey to try and survive while solving the mystery of bump on his head.

While the story is quick and short. I felt it was too short. To rushed with not enough to of a story line to allow me to full immerse myself into it.

I think that this is a great start to a bigger picture but as a short I don’t think it was as successful as it could be.

I did enjoy the twisted factor of memories being valuable. I found that to be a unique factor within in the piece. But sadly that was the one factor that kept me reading, other than the length of it.
